This 41-story residential tower features 381 meticulously designed units, including 115 dedicated to affordable housing. Scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2025, this new construction high-rise exemplifies efficiency, innovation, and urban elegance.

At the core of this transformative development, eFlow USA provided advanced ventilation solutions to enhance indoor air quality and energy efficiency. 4” Constant Airflow Regulators (CARs) at 25 CFM, installed in 6″x6″ ceiling mount assemblies for exhaust applications, were integrated by Martin Associates Inc., ensuring seamless performance. Products were supplied through Mechanical Technologies, reflecting a strong collaboration across industry leaders.

Designed by GKV Architects and brought to life by developers Rockefeller Group and Park Tower Group, with Monadnock Construction as the general contractor, The Dupont redefines modern living while prioritizing sustainability.

The passive control element responds to duct pressure, and requires no electric sensors, pneumatic sensors or controls. eFlow-CARs promote high indoor air quality and energy savings.
