eFlow USA delivered Constant Airflow Regulator solutions to Bedford Greenhouse II, Bronx, NY, a visionary 17-story, 116-unit affordable housing development providing supportive housing for chronically homeless single adults, families affected by mental illness and substance use disorder, and extremely low-income seniors.
To ensure healthy indoor air quality and long-term HVAC performance, 4” eFlow-Constant Airflow Regulators (CARs) were installed by MB Mechanical. The project is being brought to life by a strong team of industry leaders, including ESKW/Architects as the project architect, Rosenthal Consulting (Mechanical Engineer), Key Civil Engineering (Civil), and Bruno Frustaci Contracting (Contractor).
