The Beach, Jersey City, NJ

eFlow- Constant Airflow Regulators: The Pinnacle of Modern Living at The Beach Building, Jersey City, NJ

Jersey City’s illustrious Gold Coast proudly hosts 700 Washington Boulevard, better known as the Beach. This 24-story luxury residential building, positioned strategically in Newport, is more than just an architectural marvel. It stands as a testament to sustainable, advanced living, thanks in large part to the inclusion of eFlow- Constant Airflow Regulators (eFlow-CARs).

Formerly known as The Wave, this building was developed by the renowned LeFrak Organization and designed by HLW International Architecture and Engineering, the Beach offers 24 stories and a total of 338 upscale residential units. Over 1,000 eFlow-CARs 4″ 30-60 CFM range in 6″x6″ mounting plates were installed throughout the building for automatically balanced ventilation, energy savings, and high indoor air quality. All City Metals took charge of the installation, with Mechanical Technologies facilitating the sale of the eFlow products.

So, why  eFlow-Constant Airflow Regulators?

The eFlow-CAR Advantage:

Energy Efficiency at its Best: eFlow-CARs ensure that ventilation systems maintain the desired airflow, thereby optimizing fan system energy consumption. This not only conserves energy but also translates to significant savings on utility bills.

Consistent and Superior Air Quality: With the automatic regulation of airflow, these regulators prevent over or under-ventilation. Residents can be assured of a consistent, fresh indoor environment, enhancing comfort and well-being.

Cost-Effectiveness from the Get-Go: By automatically balancing air systems, eFlow-CARs eliminate the need for manual on-site balancing. This ensures reduced installation costs and an efficient setup from day one.

Low-Maintenance Living: Designed to be self-regulating, the eFlow-CARs reduce the frequency of maintenance visits, ensuring peace of mind for residents and property managers alike.

In essence, the Beach isn’t just offering luxury living spaces; it is pioneering a lifestyle where modern luxury meets sustainable living. By integrating eFlow-CARs into its infrastructure, the Beach has positioned itself at the forefront of residential innovation in Jersey City. Future residents can look forward to a home that’s not only aesthetically pleasing but also smart, efficient, and ahead of its time.
