MGX Building, 753 Thomas S Boyland Street, Brooklyn, NY, adds eight stories of affordable housing to Brownsville with balanced airflow from eFlow USA: eFlow-CAR Ceiling Mount Assemblies for supply and exhaust, eFlow-CAR Wall Mount Fire Damper Assemblies for trash refuse exhaust, and 3” eFlow-CARs set at 15 CFM. Installer R&S United Services, Inc. put them in, and SRS Enterprises Inc. sold them. Designed by Curtis + Ginsberg Architects and developed by L+M Development Partners, the 91-unit building was completed in 2026.
