Mediterranean Towers South, high-rise building in Fort Lee, NJ was originally build in 1967. The 23 story Apartment Building has undergone upgrades including the installation on eFlow- Constant Airflow Regulators, replacement of original 40 year old windows and replacement of the roof.
3″ eFlow-CARs at 25 and 30 CFM, 4″ CAR at 60 CFM were installed in all kitchen and bathroom exhausts throughout the entire building.
Installation of eFlow-CAR was undertaken by RSI Remediation Specialists Inc.

eFlow-CAR is a simple solution to balancing ventilation systems. Constant Airflow Regulator is a device that automatically regulates airflows in ventilation systems to constant levels. The passive control element responds to duct pressure, and requires no electric sensors, pneumatic sensors or controls. eFlow-CARs promote high indoor air quality and energy savings.
