This soaring 35-story residential high-rise, brought to life by developer Carmel Partners, project architect Hill West Architects, engineering firm WSP offers 146 rental units. Comprising 101 market-rate luxury rentals and 45 mixed-income affordable housing units in one- to four-bedroom layouts, the entire building now benefits from pristine, perfectly balanced indoor air quality and energy savings. eFlow-CARS were supplied through representative Mechanical Technologies, and installer by Forward Duct.
