eFlow Constant Airflow Regulators (CARs) were installed throughout La Vita, a striking new 16-story development positioned in the heart of Flushing, Queens, La Vita is a striking new mixed-use development combining luxury condominiums and a full-service hotel across two elegant towers. This mixed-use complex includes 50 condo units in studio to three-bedroom layouts and 202 hotel rooms, all ventilated using 4”, 5”, and 6” eFlow-CARs calibrated at 25 and 80 CFM. The mechanical installation was led by Good Will Mechanical Corp., with architectural design by FXCollaborative and development by 37 Richouse LLC.
