eFlow Constant Airflow Regulators (CARs) were selected for the mechanical system design of Hilton Arlington Rosslyn The Key, Arlington, VA, a soaring new 36-story hospitality and residential tower in Northern Virginia. The development includes a 331-room Hilton hotel and 514 luxury apartments, with state-of-the-art amenities and views overlooking the Potomac River and Washington, D.C. To maintain consistent exhaust ventilation across both residential and hotel units, 4” CARs calibrated between 30–60 CFM were supplied via direct partnership with property developer and manager Dittmar Company.
