The Highgarden Tower will feature eFlow-CAR assemblies for automatically balanced ventilation system!
The Highgarden Tower, located at 11 Garden Street is one of the most recent mixed-income developments on the rise in New Rochelle, NY. This 100 percent affordable, 19 story residential tower will yield 219 rental units ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes. A total of 77 units will be reserved for victims of domestic violence.
eFlow-CAR 4″ at 25/50 CFM in 6″x6″ wall mount assembly with thin-line fire dampers will be installed for every apartment bathroom and kitchen airflow exhaust. For airflow supply, eFlow-CAR 6″ in 8″x8″ wall mount assembly with thin-line fire damper will be utilized. Installation of eFlow-CARs will automatically balance airflow, result in energy savings and high indoor air quality.
Highgarden Tower is developed by Georgica Green Ventures (GGV), designed by architect Stephen B. Jacobs Group. Installation of eFlow-CARs was undertaken by Thermotech Mechanical.
The manufacturers representative, Mechanical Technologies LLC, facilitated the sale of eFlow products for this project.
This project is expected to be completed in 2024.

eFlow-CAR is a simple solution to balancing ventilation systems. Constant Airflow Regulator is a device that automatically regulates airflows in ventilation systems to constant levels. The passive control element responds to duct pressure, and requires no electric sensors, pneumatic sensors or controls. eFlow-CARs promote high indoor air quality and energy savings.
