As part of a comprehensive retrofit in 2023, this legendary 4-story resort, known for hosting Hollywood celebrities and U.S. Presidents, now integrates cutting-edge eFlow ventilation solutions. Remington Construction, the installer, leveraged eFlow’s advanced 6Constant Airflow Regulators (CARs), set at a 30-60 CFM range, to deliver energy-efficient, balanced airflow and superior indoor air quality across 311 guest rooms.

eFlow-CAR is a simple solution to balancing ventilation systems. Constant Airflow Regulator is a device that automatically regulates airflows in ventilation systems to constant levels. The passive control element responds to duct pressure, and requires no electric sensors, pneumatic sensors or controls. eFlow-CARs promote high indoor air quality and energy savings.
