Designed by the renowned Ismael Leyva Architects and developed by Navigation Capital Group, Monogram New York merges art deco-inspired architecture with modern elegance, epitomizing the timeless glamour of New York City.
This 35-story high-rise sets a new standard for luxury living while prioritizing energy-efficient and balanced ventilation systems, courtesy of eFlow USA.
