Set to redefine Brooklyn’s skyline, 15 Hanover Place is a 34-story residential tower offering 314 units, 95 of which are designated as affordable housing. The development, expected to be completed by winter 2024, is designed by Fogarty Finger and combines modern architecture with luxury amenities and commercial spaces, bringing grandeur to downtown Brooklyn.  Developed by Lonicera Partners and Rabina, The installation includes Ceiling Mount CAR assemblies set at 20 CFM and Mounting Plate CAR assemblies set at 50 CFM, ensuring optimal airflow across the building’s 314 units. The project reflects a commitment to urban revitalization and mixed-use spaces that cater to a wide range of residents.

Technical Insights

eFlow USA, in partnership with SRS Enterprises, Inc , provided state-of-the-art ventilation solutions for the building. R & S United Services handled the installation, which included eFlow-Ceiling Mount CAR assemblies set at 20 CFM and eFlow-Mounting Plate CAR assemblies set at 50 CFM. These Constant Airflow Regulators (CARs) ensure efficient airflow throughout the building, optimizing ventilation to maintain healthy indoor air quality while conserving energy.
