The Long Beach Super Block in Long Beach, NY, now features two newly constructed 15-story buildings with a total of 522 apartments. As part of the development’s energy efficiency design, eFlow-Constant Airflow Regulators were installed to ensure consistent air quality and performance throughout the buildings. Designed by BHV Architects, the Long Beach Super Block project introduces modern residential living to Long Beach. This new construction aims to provide a luxurious and comfortable living environment by the coast.

The project consists of two 15-story buildings, offering a combined total of 522 apartments. These high-rise buildings are set to redefine the residential experience in Long Beach with their contemporary design and amenities.

The project features the installation of eFlow Constant Airflow Regulators (CARs). The products installed are 4” eFlow-CARs set to 30 CFM, ensuring optimal ventilation and energy efficiency.
