A landmark pre-war building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side has been reimagined as luxury condominiums at 720 West End Avenue, where modern living meets historic design. As part of the redevelopment, JDR Mechanical installed both eFlow-CAR Ceiling Mount Assemblies and custom-engineered eFlow-CAR Mounting Plate Assemblies to optimize airflow, integrate discreetly into luxury finishes, and ensure mechanical reliability.
Originally built in 1927 and designed by the renowned Emery Roth, the 17-story property has been transformed into 131 upscale residences—including penthouses, duplex townhouses, and units priced from $1 million to over $12 million. The project was developed by Glacier Equities and InterVest Capital Partners, with architectural design led by BP Architects, and product supply facilitated through eFlow USA’s rep partner Mechanical Technologies.
