eFlow USA delivered a high-volume, precision airflow solution to 36 West 66 Street, NYC, a 25-story luxury condominium development in Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by SLCE Architects and built by Lendlease, the building includes 160 upscale units and showcases cutting-edge MEP coordination by Jaros, Baum & Bolles, structural engineering by DeSimone Consulting Engineers, and development by Extell Development.
Working with installer Triple S Air and product representative Mechanical Technologies, eFlow USA supplied a combination of:
