eFlow USA delivered large-scale airflow solutions to 25 Water Street, New York, NY, the largest office-to-residential conversion in U.S. history.

 eFlow USA supplied over 1,000 custom Mounting Plate Assemblies 3″ CARs (models 20 and 25) in 5″ x 4″ mounting plates, as well as more than 1,000 units of 5″ and 8″ eFlow-CARs. These regulators were engineered to support both high-efficiency ventilation and adaptable installation across diverse retrofit zones within the massive tower.

This 32-story, 1,320-unit retrofit was led by developers GFP Real Estate, Metro Loft Management, and Rockwood Capital, CentraRuddy Architecture and general contractor  Pavarini McGovern . This project transformed  a former financial office tower in Manhattan’s Financial District into a full-scale rental residential community, including 330 affordable units. eFlow products were installed by  ALL CITY METAL
