Installed by BAM Mechanical Corp, 4” Constant Airflow Regulators (CARs) calibrated at 20 and 25 CFM were deployed throughout the property. These upgrades demonstrate how modern ventilation solutions can seamlessly integrate into historic buildings, preserving their heritage while meeting contemporary performance standards.
