1515 Surf Avenue, Brooklyn NY

Redefining Sustainable Living on Brooklyn’s Waterfront with eFlow-Constant Airflow Regulator

Project Overview

Perched along the iconic Coney Island waterfront, 1515 Surf Avenue is a landmark development that combines cutting-edge design, sustainability, and community-driven living. Designed by STUDIO V Architecture and engineered by MG Engineering, the project is developed by LCOR with LRC Construction as the general contractor. For ventilation, Centrifugal Associates Group expertly installed eFlow USA’s state-of-the-art solutions, sold through SRS Enterprises, Inc. The installation includes a variety of products such as 4” and 5” Constant Airflow Regulators (CARs), Mounting Plates, and Wall Mount Assemblies, ensuring optimal airflow management.

Spanning 470,000 square feet, the two towers rise 26 and 16 stories, offering 461 residential units, of which 139 are affordable housing. Scheduled for completion in 2024, this project also features 10,600 square feet of ground-floor retail space. With its fully electric infrastructure and New York City’s largest geothermal heating and cooling system, 1515 Surf Avenue represents a significant leap forward in sustainable urban design, reducing carbon emissions by over 60%.
