The Biltmore’s ventilation retrofit uses 3” eFlow-CARs, sold directly to the installer. In a 53-story tower, duct pressures vary with building pressure and stack effect. eFlow-CARs adjust automatically to those variable pressures to hold a set airflow, with no electricity and no sensors.
